General Care
Handle your closure with care, especially around the lace area.
Use small amounts of product to prevent buildup on the lace or hair.
Protect your frontal at night with a satin bonnet or satin pillowcase.
Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools.
A small amount of shedding is normal, particularly around the lace, but excessive shedding is not.
Avoid harsh ingredients such as sulfates, isopropyl alcohol, formaldehyde, and propylene glycol, as these can dry out the hair and weaken the lace.
If colouring or bleaching your closure, Scalpedit strongly recommends seeking a professional to maintain both the integrity of the hair and the lace.
Shipping
Processing time: 3–5 days (excluding shipping).
Our closures are not mass-produced, so each order requires a short processing period. Once dispatched, your tracking number will be emailed to you within 5 days.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest depot for collection.
Click & Collect (Appointments Only)
This option is only available for clients who have a confirmed appointment.
Selecting Click & Collect means your closure will be ready for you at the Scalpedit studio on the day of your appointment.
Refund / Return Policy
Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of our products:
Frontals, closures, and bundles are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges are offered on any hair products.
Scalpedit is not responsible for damage caused by chemical treatments, incorrect product use, over-bleaching, or at-home colouring.
Always test any products before applying them to the hair.
We strongly advise using a professional for any colouring or bleaching.
