  • We are based in Stratford

    Appointments run Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm

    Hair drop off is Monday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm. Times may vary. Any drop offs must be arranged directly in advance

    No drop offs on bank or national holidays. Please allow enough time to avoid late drop off fees

    Hair must be received at least 6 days before your appointment. Late drop offs may result in rescheduling or cancellation

    All hair must be labelled with:
    SCALPEDIT
    Full name
    Appointment date
    Measurements if required

    Hair not prepared correctly may be refused and affect your booking

    Location details are sent after booking confirmation

  • There is a non-refundable £20 deposit required to secure your booking. They are non refundable any circumstances except we have cancel on our behalf.

  • Late Policy

    A 10 minute grace period is allowed for all appointments

    Arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a £10 late fee

    Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled. If the appointment is still able to proceed, a £20 late fee will apply

    Rescheduling & Cancellations

    Rescheduling within 96 hours of your appointment will require a new deposit

    No shows and cancellations within 96 hours will be charged in full and the deposit will remain non refundable

  • Appointments are available Tuesday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm

    Appointments outside of these hours are offered on a limited basis and will incur an additional £25 fee

    Extended or out of hours bookings not listed online may be accommodated at a higher rate depending on the request

    Sunday appointments are limited and incur a £40 premium

    Bank holiday appointments are limited and subject to an additional fee

    Emergency appointments are available upon request

    Selected December dates including the 23rd, 24th, 26th, 31st and 1st are subject to a £20 festive season surcharge

  • Appointments are released on the 10th of each month

    Services

    We offer lace installs, sew ins and colouring

    We provide luxury hair bundles to ensure a consistent, high quality finish for every appointment

    HD lace only is accepted

    We do not work with AliExpress or similar marketplace hair

    Hair Drop Off

    Hair must be dropped off at least 6 days before your appointment

    Drop offs outside of this window must be arranged in advance and may incur a £30 fee or result in your appointment being delayed or cancelled

    Hair must be handed over directly to the receptionist

    Preparation

    Clients must arrive with 10–15 neat, flat cornrows for a seamless finish

    The hairline must be clean and free from oils, makeup or excess product

    Failure to meet preparation standards may affect your appointment

    Payment

    Payment is strictly cash only

    Parking

    Parking is available adjacent to the studio and is free for up to 2 hours after 12pm
